![]() The New Age Junior Circuit is a tournament organization for junior golf athletes who seek golf at a competitive level. Each event is specifically designed to prepare junior athletes for the collegiate and professional ranks. The tour provides an ideal atmosphere for competitors to showcase and perfect their game against some of the best junior golfers in the nation. Players also receive recognition from colleges across the country by competing in nationally ranked events. I started the NAJC because I wanted to offer young and aspiring golfers the opportunity to experience junior golf in a whole new way. One of our goals as a tournament organization is to give junior golfers the feeling of playing in a professional tour event. The NAJC wants to prepare junior golfers for the highest ranks in golf today. The most satisfying aspect of running the NAJC is to one day be able to say that the superstars of tomorrow grew from the NAJC. Our motto is “Building the next generation of professional golfers.” Among the benefits for juniors competing in NAJC nationally ranked events is they will be part of the national ranking system for junior golfers. We are also working on our own scholarship program that will assist select athletes with their college careers. Where will NAJC tournaments be held? They will be primarily in the Southern California area. We will have a father/junior team scramle on Satruday, June 14 at Birch Hills Golf Course in Brea and on Saturday, July 12 we have a tournament scheduled at Rosemead’s Whittier Narrows Golf Course. Most events have a $100 entry fee, though the team scramble costs $150. For more information, call (951) 742-7298 or visit newagecircuit.com.
